We encourage prospective homebuyers to explore Rural Homes’ preferred lenders for financing options. You can use our Mortgage/AMI estimator to calculate your estimated mortgage costs. New homes are available now and will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

STEP 3

Once you have a mortgage prequalification letter, send an email to info@ruralhomesproject.co begin the process of a real estate contract. Complete the mortgage process with your lender.

Close on the purchase of your new home, and sign all necessary documents with your lender, Impact Development Services, and Land Title.

You move in and conduct a new homeowner orientation walk-through with Rural Homes staff.
