Down payment assistance programs are available to first-time homebuyers in Colorado.
Down payment assistance is often in the form of a grant or forgivable loan. Many programs target specific populations, like first-time buyers or buyers who meet certain income limits. Down payment assistance programs are designed to increase the affordability of a home (particularly for lower-income buyers).
Telluride Foundation Housing Opportunity Fund- We strongly encourage anyone moving into one of our homes to explore this option, get up to $5,000 in assistance when purchasing your home. Learn more and apply by clicking here.
